Plant Maintenance Lead

Job Description: Responsibilities: Overall in-charge of Maintenance Department. Develop a comprehensive maintenance system to ensure that the tank farm and plant continue to operate in the long term. Supervise and plan preventive and corrective maintenance carried out for all plant equipment and facilities etc air compressor, generator, pump, motor, engine and panel. Keep track of and update maintenance data and records for all plant equipment and facilities. Ensure that work activities are complying to all risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedure according to WSH (Risk Management) requirements Monitor Efficiency of Plant Equipment and propose improvement plan Maintain and update maintenance data and maintenance record for all plant equipment and plant facilities. Liaise and inspect with contractors or vendor in terms of job installation, servicing and repair work. Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities and process and procedure improvements to optimize results. Daily maintenance manpower planning and allocation. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent At least 3 years’ experiences in plant/equipment maintenance in tank farm and plant. Knowledge and experience in Electrical & Mechanical with analytical and troubleshooting skills Able to work under pressure. Understanding of ISO 14001 is a plus Be able to read and write in English language Job Types: Permanent,Full-time
