About this role

RESPONSIBILITES: Maximize overall Hotel Revenue for a cluster of hotels. Review of daily selling rates, parity and closeout. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify new revenue opportunities. Negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible rates. Prepare reports and presentations as required. Ensure all revenue policies and procedures are followed and adhered to. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. REQUIREMENTS : At least 3 years of experience in hotel management. Proficiency in hotel management systems and revenue management software eg Siteminder / EzRMS Ability to analyze market data and create pricing strategies. Ability to collaborate with other departments and provide revenue guidance. Knowledge of revenue management principles and practices. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
