Lead Product Manager - Technical Infrastructure

We're deeply immersed in various domains, including the Developer Experience, Infrastructure Foundations, Reliability engineering and the foundational infrastructure powering AI and Autonomous Agents..Our mission? About the Role: Creating a top-tier engineering experience is fundamental to Grab's success. With thousands of engineers supporting a vast technology footprint (several apps, 1000+ microservicess + databases aand 100s of tools & agents), it is vital for us to enable all our development teams to swiftly, reliably, and securely build & run high-quality products. This demands a well-oiled engineering platform that allows us to achieve these goals at Grab’s ever growing scale and complexity. As a Lead Product Manager for Infrastructure Platforms at Grab, you will leverage your technical and quantitative skills, customer-centric mindset, empathy, and collaborative approach to drive innovation and deliver well thought-out platform products and solutions - all geared towards creating Grab’s industry leading builder platform. You're committed to being the ‘context leader’ of your space, while mastering product skills and continually improving yourself through hands-on experience and learning. You will be backed by dedicated teams of engineers, product designers, data scientists, and internal stakeholders. What You'll Do: Take ownership of Grab's platform engineering product roadmap, and execution by closely collaborating with the Platform Engineering team. Define strategy, problem spaces & corresponding success metrics, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and OKRs, to guide our teams Own your products’ success: drive adoption and ensure your customers’ goals are met Collaborate with engineering teams to churn out high quality Product Requirements - and see them through to high quality execution Collaborate with our customers - primarily Grab's engineering teams - to comprehend their challenges, provide solutions, and promote solution adoption. Introduce best practices and thought leadership in production engineering to elevate Grab's capabilities. Basic qualities & qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Product Management, in a technical context. M.S. or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields. Strong storytelling skills: possess the ability to distill complex insights into a compelling and concise narrative. Effective communication and relationship management with partners from both technical and non-technical backgrounds Proficiency in extracting insights from data and summarizing key takeaways. Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities. An adaptive mindset, quickly acquiring technical skills and being highly effective across various products due to a strong product management background. Capacity to define intricate business problems and articulate requirements spanning multiple product/project areas and teams. The ability to combine meticulous attention to detail with swift execution. Preferred qualities & qualifications : Familiarity with how agentic products are built, scaled and optimized (e.g., LLM orchestration frameworks, vector databases, evaluation loops, model selection) is a strong advantage. Experience in managing infrastructure or reliability products with public cloud technologies is a plus.
