About this role

Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house, ensuring a smooth and efficient service Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service Supervise and support front-of-house staff, including hosts/hostesses, waitstaff, and bartenders Train and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and coordinate with management for replenishment Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Assist with special events and private dining arrangements as needed Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships Personally and frequently verifies that guests are receiving the best possible service Profile You are hospitable, friendly and have a natural courtesy You have a neat and tidy appearance and you are punctual Eager to learn, flexible and a team player You can work independently and act as a collegiate in a team Enthousiasticm passionate and ambitious An eye for detail and a “hands-on” mentality Requirements Proven experience as a assistant manager in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industry Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure Proficient in reservation management s…
