Roles and Responsibilities: Perform 3D/CNC programming & setting of Milling machine. Familiar with Fanuc Control System. Knowledge in machine tools, speed, feeds & insert technology. Must have good knowledge on CNC manufacturing process, setting/programming/operating. Technical support on production issue including Design jigs & fixture for machining purpose with good knowledge in understand of manufacturing include re-design. Verifying conformance of finished parts to specifications, using measuring and inspection tools. Others ad-hoc duties assigned. Requirements: Experience in operating CNC Mills & setting up. Good knowledge in milling tooling and machine process. More than 3 years in relevant experience in related field. Proficient in using Solidwork and Mastercam software
