Responsibilities Lead audit engagements, cover engagement planning, process review, preparation, and review of audit workpapers, audit finalisation reports and financial statements across a portfolio of diversified clients including multinational corporations Participate in cross-border engagements and group audits with group/component audit teams and/or Grant Thornton network teams Recognise possible audit concerns or unusual relationships based on basic financial statement analysis and report them to the assurance team Train and coach audit team members by conducting timely performance review and providing feedback to them Qualifications and skills At least 3 to 5 years of progressive audit experience Degree/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent; CPA, CA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent is highly desirable Experience in Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm is advantageous Strong technical accounting skills with proficiency in SFRS and SSA, as well as IFRS and ISA is preferred Good communication skills, ability to prepare reports and excellent analytical skills Detail-oriented with ability to work under tight deadlines
