Job Summary The Enrollment and Marketing Executive drives revenue growth by promoting and selling Graphite education products to prospective parents. This role involves lead generation, consultative selling, relationship management, and collaboration with marketing and teaching teams to enhance customer experience and enrolment outcomes. Responsibilities Promote and sell Graphite Academy coding programmes to prospective parents to increase enrolments and revenue Conduct centre tours, consultations, and programme presentations to inform and engage prospective customers Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed enrolments through effective communication and persuasion Build and maintain strong relationships with parents throughout the enrolment journey to ensure satisfaction and retention Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop marketing strategies and create content that sustains a consistent lead funnel Coordinate marketing activities across multiple business units to align promotional efforts and maximize impact Work with the teaching team to assess students and follow up with parents to support enrolment conversion Maintain and update the CRM system with timely and accurate data to track leads, enrolments, and customer interactions Partner with the marketing team to enhance customer experience and optimize the customer journey at all touchpoints Develop programme offers and packages based on market feedback and sentiment to attract and retain customers Identify new market opportunities and provide actionable market intelligence to management for strategic decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related discipline Minimum 3 years of sales, business development, education sales, property sales, financial advisory, or related consultative sales experience Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong sales prospecting and lead generation capabilities Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset Other Information Benefits Commission-based incentives to enhance income potential 5-day work week with minimum 1 weekend day Performance bonus opportunities Commission bonus schemes Clear career progression pathways Working Hours Retail hours: 11am to 8pm (Weekdays) Retail hours: 9am to 6pm (Weekends)
