Job Summary Support office operations by managing communications, coordinating project documentation, and liaising with subcontractors to ensure smooth administrative and financial processes. Responsibilities Manage incoming phone calls and emails to ensure timely and professional communication Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of documents Source, respond to, and follow up on Tenders, RFQs, and ITQs to support project acquisition Prepare pricing documents and correspondence to facilitate accurate project proposals Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure alignment on project requirements and schedules Process issuing and receiving of payments to maintain accurate financial records Perform daily office tasks independently, demonstrating self-initiative and responsibility Utilize computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations Preferred competencies and qualifications Relevant industry work experience to effectively support project and office functions Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with diverse stakeholders
