Sales Executive Air Conditioner

Job Description Develop and manage relationships with new and existing dealers. Research competitor policies and identify market opportunities. Implement pricing, profit, and rebate strategies for dealers. Monitor dealer sales performance and provide solutions for improvement. Plan campaigns to stimulate sales and increase brand visibility. Train dealers on product knowledge and effective sales techniques. Analyze sales data and replicate best practices across channels. Manage stock levels and coordinate with warehouses as needed. Prepare reports on dealer activities, sales, and customer feedback. Requirements Proven experience in channel/dealer sales management, ideally in HVAC or home appliances. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience in training and motivating sales teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin to effectively manage relationships with regional clients and key stakeholders across Asian markets.
