Job Summary You will provide professional chauffeur services and administrative support to the Director, family members, and guests, ensuring passenger safety and vehicle upkeep while coordinating visits, events, and business travel logistics. Responsibilities Provide safe and timely chauffeur services for the Director, family members, and guests as directed by the Company Perform administrative tasks and errands to support the Director and family members efficiently Coordinate and assist with guests’ visits, events, business travel, and related logistics to ensure smooth experiences Ensure passenger safety by following all traffic laws and company safety protocols during transport Maintain cleanliness and good operating condition of all vehicles daily, both internally and externally Arrange and send vehicles for regular maintenance and servicing to ensure reliability Manage time effectively to meet schedules and demonstrate punctuality Adapt to work schedules including weekends and public holidays as required Required competencies and certifications Valid Class 3 Driving Licence Demonstrated good driving records and habits Familiarity with Singapore roads and landmarks Preferred competencies and qualifications Mature, well-mannered, reliable, and adaptable team player Pleasant personality with good personal habits Other Information Benefits and Perks, OT and Performance Bonus
