Job Summary Lead site supervision for a construction project starting August 2026, ensuring compliance, quality, safety, and timely progress through effective coordination and technical guidance. Responsibilities Lead and manage site supervision activities to ensure construction aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes on site to maintain high construction standards Monitor project progress against schedule, identify delays or risks, and communicate them proactively Coordinate effectively with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Authorities to facilitate smooth project execution Review and approve method statements, material submissions, and shop drawings to ensure compliance and suitability Enforce strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations to maintain a safe working environment Conduct regular site inspections and lead site meetings to address issues and track progress Review and endorse site reports, inspection records, and progress documentation for accuracy and completeness Provide timely technical advice and resolve site-related issues to minimize disruptions and maintain project momentum Required competencies and certifications Minimum 8 years of relevant construction supervision experience Experience in infrastructure or building works in Singapore Registration with the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) as a Civil & Structural Resident Engineer (C&S RE) Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in steel structural works
