Delivery Driver (Class 4) (6-Month Contract)

The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting goods from the company’s warehouse to various customer locations in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. To succeed as a delivery driver, you should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience. You should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, committed to work safety, and passionate about satisfying clients. Job Description: Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner. Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct, and customers are satisfied. Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and handling complaints from clients. Follow assigned routes and adhere to time schedules. Comply with all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record. Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries. Operate equipment and machines, such as trucks and forklifts, etc. Carried out hoc duties and tasks assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements: A valid driver's license issued by Land Transport Authority of Singapore A clean driving record. Prior experience driving Lorries or heavy vehicles is often required or preferred. Possess forklift licence will be added advantages Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. Strong time management and customer service skills. Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods
