Working Hour 3 weekdays: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. 2 weekdays: 10.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m Key Roles Provide one-to-one counselling and coaching for students Support restorative practices and student management efforts. Conduct group and individual intervention programmes for students with additional needs Conduct sharing sessions for teachers on student well-being topics. Support CCE and ECG curriculum and initiatives. Provide case consultation to teachers for students with additional needs. Collaborate with external agencies and social service organisations on case consultations. Provide counselling consultation for parents. Support parent engagement efforts, including talks and workshops. Requirements Minimum postgraduate qualification or Master’s Degree in Counselling . At least 3 years' relevant experience Strong communication and collaboration skills
