About this role
We are seeking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support day-to-day accounting operations. Responsibilities: Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments & vendors payments Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, submit quarterly GST Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements Prepare audit schedule and audit matters. Any other ad-hoc tasks assign by superiors. Requirementsand skills At least 2 years work experience as an account assistant Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Hands-on experience with accounting software like Globe3, QuickBooks Must have good MS Excel skills Experience with general ledger functions Detail-oriented Good communication skills Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance 5 days work week. Monday to Friday
