Factory & Inventory Supervisor

Main Duties: Inventory Control : Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock audits/cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain high accuracy. System Maintenance : Utilize inventory software to record inventory transactions and update stock data accurately. Stock Management : Optimize stock levels, identify overstock or obsolete items, and implement strategies to reduce costs. Process Improvement : Develop efficient storage methods and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Additional duties: Safety supervision in factory work. Need to support in forklift operation when storing of materials/stocks. ISO documentation. Requirements: Minimum Diploma in either mechanical, Electrical or Construction Engineering or other relevant discipline. Required skill(s), MS Office, mainly MS excel At least 3 years work experience in construction industry. Responsible team player with the ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
