Job Summary The Account Solutions Specialist supports customer account growth through consultative solution selling, technical support, and customer engagement. Collaborating with internal teams, this role recommends technology solutions and ensures successful project delivery for enterprise clients. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts to support daily account management and engagement Analyze customers' operational requirements to recommend appropriate products, services, and solution enhancements that meet business needs Lead and participate in customer meetings, solution presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof-of-Concept activities to showcase GRID’s solutions Identify and pursue account growth opportunities through consultative engagement and solution-based selling Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, tender submissions, and presentation materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, IT Operations, Finance, and Project teams to develop and deliver customer solutions Manage contract renewals, account expansions, project handovers, customer acceptance, and post-implementation follow-ups to ensure satisfaction Support equipment rental processes including handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating deployments, and managing returns Maintain detailed records of customer engagements, quotations, sales opportunities, and activities Represent GRID professionally at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, workshops, and technology showcases Continuously update product knowledge on emerging technologies to enhance customer support Perform additional duties assigned by management to support company objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. 2- 4 years of experience in Account Management, Technical Sales, Pre-Sales, Solution Sales, Sales Engineering, or customer-facing technical roles. Knowledge of Radio Communications Understanding of 4G / 5G Networks Familiarity with Government or Enterprise ICT Solutions Experience with Command & Control Systems Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills. Strong attention to detail, particularly in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documentation. Customer-focused with a consultative and solution-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
