Key Duties: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and workforce planning to support business growth. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and day-to-day HR administration. Administer payroll, compensation & benefits, leave, attendance, claims, and HR operations using the Payboy HR system. Ensure compliance with the Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, work pass applications/renewals, and internal HR policies. Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures while managing statutory reporting, employee insurance, and audit requirements. Requirements: Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant. Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.
