Salary: Up to $6000 Location: Kranji Working Days: Mon - Fri (9am-6.30pm) Key Duties: Lead the full recruitment process and develop strategic workforce planning to meet business manpower requirements. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, and HR administration. Oversee performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Administer payroll, compensation & benefits, and manage the Payboy HR system for payroll, leave, attendance, and claims. Ensure compliance with Singapore labour laws, MOM regulations, work pass renewals, and company HR policies. Develop and implement HR policies, manage statutory reporting, employee insurance, and coordinate internal audit compliance. Requirements: Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relevant. Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and work pass administration.
