Job Duties: Optimise HR systems, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Manage payroll systems, and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality Requirement: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience Prior Experience in the Semicon industry is highly advantageous.
