Monitor technical issues, maintain accurate service data, identify recurring faults, and support continuous improvement of aftersales service processes. Requirements: Diploma in Automotive Engineering or relevant. Min 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
