HR & Recruitment Executive (Hybrid | Part-Time / Full-Time) We are a fast-growing Singapore-based marketing agency specializing in offline customer acquisition for leading fintech and investment platforms. Through roadshows, exhibitions, and corporate activations, we help financial brands acquire new users across Singapore. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Recruitment Executive to support our growing team with recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. This is a hybrid role with flexible working arrangements. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and follow-ups Coordinate onboarding for new hires and ensure all required documents are completed Assist with staff training and orientation Prepare weekly manpower schedules and coordinate staffing arrangements Maintain employee records and HR documentation Provide general HR and administrative support Requirements Minimum commitment of 3 months Strong communication and organizational skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proficient in Microsoft Office Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus Working Arrangement Hybrid work arrangement Flexible working hours (subject to operational needs) Training will be provided Why Join Us Flexible hybrid working arrangement Friendly and young working environment Hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing marketing agency
