Operations Manager (Cleaning - Factory)

Job Responsibilities · In charge of handling various projects’ documentation and liaising closely with different contractors · In charge of developing new SOP to help improve work process · Working closely with other departments · Support in business continuity activities and records management · Work with contractor in monthly IT asset verifications · Support monthly compliance check on the contract management deliverables and consolidate evidence to support all the deliverables · Meeting management expectations · Assist in planning schedule · Sourcing for potential client to market company's services/products · Actively seek out new sales opportunities · Involve in meetings with potential/current clients to work out their concerns and expectations · Preparations of weekly/monthly reports · Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirement · Have at least hold 4 years of leadership/managerial work experience · Required to manage 2 sites or more · Able to work with minimum supervision · Work in a fast-paced environment · Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
