Civil Engineer

Responsibilities Supervise and monitor the site labour force and subcontractors to ensure efficient and compliant work execution Resolve site-related technical problems promptly to maintain project progress and safety standards Report project progress clearly and regularly to management for informed decision-making Coordinate site activities with operations, site managers, and supervisors to align work efforts and schedules Review and approve Risk Assessments to ensure all project risks are identified and mitigated Organize and lead safety meetings to promote a culture of safety and compliance on site Collaborate with operation managers, site managers, and personnel to identify and address work risks proactively Oversee quality control, safety, and health matters on site to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance Plan, implement, and monitor work schedules with the required workforce according to master and detailed work programmes Assist in tendering processes and feasibility studies to support project planning and execution Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project and organizational goals
