Assistant Construction Coordinator

Asst. Construction Coordinator reports to Asst. Project Manager and assist in supervising, monitoring, and coordinating structural/MEP/Architectural works carried out by subcontractors via daily inspection and monitoring to ensure all trade works are constructed according to specified requirements and schedule. Job duties include reporting site progression, surveying, ordering of construction materials, maintenance of site facilities, ensuring all site health and safety rules and regulations are abided by, daily scheduling and allocation of manpower, and issuing of work instructions as stipulated by project requirement.
