Overview Gusto Collective Singapore (formerly known as Mercury Integrated) is seeking an experienced, highly-motivated, and passionate Production Manager who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment to join the team. You will play a crucial role in leading the team in planning and executing exceptional events. Your expertise and vision will drive the success of our projects, making you a central figure in bringing creative visions to life and ensuring seamless event execution. Your areas of focus will be: Lead both external and internal project work-in-progress meetings, contributing valuable insights and expertise to shape event success Collaborate closely with designers to transform their creative visions into tangible designs and décor, while ensuring deliverables fit within budget, venue, and production timelines Oversee the creation and maintenance of all production-related documents, including design notes, site visit records, floor plans, production schedules, call lists, inventory requests, transportation and staffing plans and schedules, and any other essential materials utilized in the production process Preparing and submitting all essential permits and documents required to meet venue and event compliance standards, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free event execution Manage on-site setup, build, and breakdown of events, overseeing venue logistics, on-site vendors, and production work Cultivate strong and collaborative relationships with clients, venues, and suppliers, ensuring that client expectations are not only met, but consistently exceeded Provide effective and efficient leadership and support to team members, fostering a cohesive and high-performing event management unit Embrace versatility by undertaking additional roles and responsibilities as needed, responding to evolving business needs with adaptability and resourcefulness To succeed in this role, you will need: A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Events Management/Production) from an accredited college or university At least 5 years of relevant experience in the events industry. Prior experience in the agency field is a plus Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver exceptional results. Ability to motivate, inspire, and mentor team members in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DS Max, and Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
