Electrical Supervisor

Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrical Supervisor to lead and execute electrical works in factory plant that manufacture electrical switchboard (MSB,MCC,SB,DB and PLC panel). This role requires both hands-on technical ability and the capability to oversee job execution on-site. Key Responsibilities Perform troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for electrical systems. Execute and supervise Switchboard electrical installation works. Ensure all works comply with safety standards and regulations. Coordinate with team members and ensure jobs are completed on time. Provide problem solving and technical guidance Requirements Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Switchboard electrical works. Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills. Able to work independently and manage on-site situations.
