About this role

Manage the lifecycle of the Bank's Business Continuity Management programme and ensure robustness through resilience testing and regulatory alignment. Partner with business and IT teams to integrate cyber and operational resilience metrics into the Enterprise Risk Management framework. Requires a bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in BCM, IT DR, or Operational Resilience, preferably within the Singapore financial sector. Must have a strong understanding of MAS regulations and a willingness to expand expertise into cyber and technology risk.
