Investor Development Executive / Associate Location: Central, Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Salary Range: $5,000 - $10,000 SGD monthly No. of Positions: 3 Role Summary We are partnering with a leading AI Research firm to source Investor Development Executives / Associates . As an AI research-driven organization scaling its technological breakthroughs, securing strategic funding is core to our growth. This role focuses heavily on capital relationship development, high-net-worth (HNW) investor outreach, and sophisticated client-facing presentations. Based in Singapore, this highly external-facing role requires a candidate with exceptional executive presence, discretion, and commercial maturity to act as a key interface between the company and private investors, family offices, and capital partners across Asia, the Middle East, and other global priority markets. Key Responsibilities Investor Mapping & Outreach: Identify, research, and map potential private investors, HNW individuals, family offices, and strategic capital sources in target markets. Relationship Management: Conduct initial outreach, coordinate high-level meetings, maintain professional follow-ups, and support the relationship pipeline from prospect to qualified investor. Presentations & Collateral: Prepare and deliver compelling investor presentations, opportunity summaries, meeting briefings, and tailored follow-up materials. Event Hosting & Coordination: Arrange and attend investor meetings, business dinners, high-profile networking events, conferences, and private introductions. Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate, confidential investor pipeline records, contact histories, meeting outcomes, and management reports. Global Market Engagement: Travel domestically or internationally as required for investor roadshows, meetings, and capital development activities. Requirements Executive Presence: Proven experience in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or high-end Corporate Business Development. Must possess strong executive presence and the corporate decorum required to interface confidently with HNW individuals and corporate decision-makers. Communication & Persuasion: Exceptional spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technological and investment concepts clearly and persuasively. Global Connectivity: The company maintains global offices across the UAE, Canada, Singapore, and Indonesia. Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic is highly advantageous to effectively manage relationships with international regional offices and cross-border investor pools. Cultural Intelligence: Strong cross-cultural awareness and discretion are vital for engaging with diverse investor networks across Asia and the Middle East. Flexibility: Ability and willingness to attend evening investor events, formal dinners, and travel internationally when required to support capital roadshows. Compensation, Benefits & Structure Competitive Base Salary: $5,000 to $10,000 SGD (commensurate with experience, language skills, and market coverage). Performance Incentives: Eligible for strong performance-based incentives tied to qualified capital introductions, investor milestones, and successfully closed capital. Expense Reimbursement: Fully covered or reimbursed for all approved international/domestic business travel, client entertainment, and operational expenses as per company policy. Probationary Period: Standard 3-month probation, extendable up to 6 months based on performance milestones and client-facing readiness.
