The Communications & Marketing Executive plays a key role in bringing Habitat for Humanity Singapore's mission to life through compelling visual storytelling and digital content. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who enjoys transforming real-life experiences into engaging videos and content that inspire action. You will be responsible for producing high-quality multimedia content across digital platforms, capturing stories from beneficiaries, volunteers and partners, and using data and insights to continually improve content performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about social impact, video production and digital communications. This is a full time contract for one year which could be renewed upon performance evaluation. Key Responsibilities Video Production & Storytelling · Plan, film and edit engaging short- and long-form videos for social media, website and marketing campaigns · Produce content including interviews, volunteer experiences, event highlights, campaign videos and behind-the-scenes features · Transform real-life stories into compelling narratives that educate, inspire and drive engagement · Capture photo and video content during events, community programmes and corporate volunteer activities · Ensure all content aligns with Habitat's brand guidelines, tone of voice and safeguarding requirements Social Media & Digital Content · Develop and execute content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms · Manage the social media content calendar and schedule posts across channels · Monitor emerging social media trends and recommend creative contentf ormats and campaign ideas · Write engaging captions, scripts and website stories that reflect Habitat's mission and impact Analytics & Campaign Performance · Track and analyse content performance across social media and digital platforms · Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, video performance and audience growth · Use insights and analytics to optimise content strategy and improve campaign effectiveness · Support campaign reporting by measuring digital performance against communications objectives Brand & Communications · Support website updates, email marketing and digital communications materials · Create simple graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar design tools · Provide communications support for fundraising campaigns, advocacy initiatives and corporate partnerships · Assist with media opportunities and organisational events where required Who We're Looking For · Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Film, Digital Content or a related field · 1+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media / content creation or those with no experience but with strong portfolios · Video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or Canva · Good eye for visual storytelling, pacing and social-first content creation · Comfortable filming with cameras or smartphones and creating content independently · Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and translate insights into action · Familiarity with other communication skills like media, website or google analytics is an advantage · Self-motivated, organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment · Passionate about social impact and using storytelling to create meaningful change · Comfortable to uphold, communicate and affirm Habitat for Humanity’s principles (vision and mission); Pls refer to https://www.habitat.org.sg/about-us for details.
