Job Summary Provide comprehensive accounting and administrative support to ensure accurate financial operations and effective cost management within the organization. Responsibilities Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, including invoicing and claims, to maintain accurate financial records Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and bank reconciliation to ensure financial data integrity and timely reporting Manage filing systems, handle email correspondence, and execute general administrative tasks to support office efficiency Administer staff payroll, leave claims, and CPF contributions to ensure compliance with statutory requirements Monitor accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding payments to optimize cash flow Assist in budgeting and cost tracking activities to support financial planning and control Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned to contribute to operational effectiveness Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for document preparation and data analysis Familiarity with accounting software such as Infotech to enhance financial processing efficiency
