Full-Stack Developer

All product lines adopt Java microservice technology stacks as their core back-end architecture, with strong demand for middleware competencies (message queuing, caching, search engines, etc.) and in-depth application of the Spring ecosystem. To support continuous iteration and technical delivery across multiple self-developed product lines, HSP is recruiting a General Full-Stack Developer based in Singapore. This role is not tied to a single product line; it serves as a core member of the technical resource pool, flexibly responding to development needs across all product teams and taking on responsibilities spanning system development, middleware integration, solution design, and technical operations. Responsibilities: · Contribute to back-end service development of HSP's in-house HR product portfolio based on Spring Boot / Spring Cloud technology stacks, including microservice decomposition, API design and implementation. · Independently deliver full-stack feature development (front-end React/Vue.js and back-end Java/SpringBoot), unit testing, and code reviews based on iteration requirements fromvarious product lines. · Own the selection, deployment, and application development of core middleware components, including message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ), distributed caching (Redis Cluster), distributed task scheduling (XXL-JOB/Elastic-Job), and search engines(Elasticsearch). · Design and implement API integration solutions between in-house systems and external platforms, including data exchange with HRIS (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors), third-party SaaS platforms, and government interfaces. · Design and optimise database schemas (PostgreSQL / MySQL); write high-performance SQL queries; ensure data-layer performance using ORM frameworks such as My Batis-Plus or JPA. · Participate in technical review of product proposals; assess requirements from feasibility, performance, security, and scalability perspectives; provide technical recommendations and help Product Managers refine solutions. · Maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage containerized deployments (Docker / Kubernetes), handleproduction monitoring/alerting, and perform incident investigation. · Produce high-quality technical documentation, including API specifications (Swagger/OpenAPI), architecture notes, deployment guides, and coding standards. · Track emerging technology trends and introduce new tools or frameworks where appropriate to improve development efficiency and system quality. · Assist team members with technical challenges; contribute to code refactoring and performance optimization initiatives to elevate overall engineering capability. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. · 3+ years of Java back-end full-stack development experience; capable of independently delivering end-to-end front-end and back-end feature modules. · Deep mastery of the Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud (Nacos/Eureka service registry, Gateway API Gateway, OpenFeign remote calls), Spring Security/OAuth2authentication and authorisation frameworks. · Proficient in at least one front-end framework (React or Vue.js); familiar withHTML5/CSS3/TypeScript/ES6+; experienced in component-based development. · Hands-on experience with core middleware: familiar with Redis data structures and cluster modes; Kafka/RabbitMQ message models and reliability guarantees; Elasticsearch index design and query optimisation. · Familiar with RESTfu lAPI design conventions and GraphQL; prior experience in third-party system integration is preferred. · Understanding of containerization and cloud-native fundamentals (Docker / Kubernetes / CI-CD);deployment experience on AWS / Azure / GCP is an advantage. · Strong code quality awareness; proficient in Git version control, code review processes, and unit testing (JUnit 5 / Mockito). · Systems thinking ability; capable of independently designing solutions for small-to-medium-scale functional modules. · Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills; abl…
