Technical Professional - Manufacturing (System Support)

Job Duties Under general supervision, assists in analysis, modification and design of products and services for assigned projects which requires working knowledge of materials, components, and their applications. Prepares design calculations and specifications. Develops test procedures, conducts tests and completes test result analysis for assigned projects. Assists in handling field and manufacturing problems to maintain and improve products and services. Incorporates Reliability, HSE and Quality analysis techniques during the design process. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues Install, configure, and maintain manufacturing systems applications, operational technology (OT) networks, and IoT devices Monitor system performance to ensure high availability, reliability, and optimal performance of critical systems Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues in a timely manner Manage user accounts, access controls, and security configurations in line with company policies Perform regular system and application updates, patching, and data backups Support IT infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, with focus on manufacturing systems Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, incidents, and resolutions Collaborate with AI developers to build and enhance AI-based knowledge bases for automated troubleshooting and support Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for issue resolution and system improvements Assist in implementing and enforcing IT policies, procedures, and best practices Requirement: Years of Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in system support, OT hardware support, manufacturing systems support, or related technical support roles Educational Background Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field Key Skills & Competencies Must-hav…
