Job Summary As a Real Estate Associate at Halcyon Real Estate, you will manage exclusive residential leasing projects by conducting property viewings, negotiating lease terms, and securing tenancy agreements while upholding company standards and collaborating with internal teams. Responsibilities Conduct property viewings and professionally present residential properties to prospective tenants to facilitate leasing decisions Respond promptly to tenant enquiries and maintain consistent communication to nurture client relationships Negotiate lease terms effectively to secure successful tenancy agreements aligned with landlord and company expectations Build and sustain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and co-broking agents to support ongoing leasing activities Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure smooth tenancy administration and documentation processes Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of enquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and tenancy transactions Adhere strictly to Halcyon Real Estate’s operating procedures, service standards, and compliance requirements Represent Halcyon Real Estate professionally in all interactions to uphold the company’s reputation Required competencies and certifications Registered Real Estate Salesperson (RES) with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) Preferred competencies and qualifications Passion for residential leasing and delivering high-quality client service Strong communication skills demonstrated through effective client engagement and negotiation outcomes Self-motivation with a positive attitude to work independently and collaboratively Professional appearance and conduct consistent with company standards Ability to work autonomously while contributing constructively within a team environment Other Information Opportunities to work on exclusive landlord and developer-appointed projects Marketing support for company-managed listings Dedicated Operations Team managing tenancy administration and documentation Use of technology-driven workflows and digital tools to enhance efficiency Access to training and mentorship programs Collaborative and professional office environment
