Job Responsibilities Outbound calls to prospects and existing Halodata customers for the purpose of qualifying leads from new marketing initiatives and targeted contact lists Moving qualified complex leads to the field sales team for closing Set appointments for the sales team Handle inbound and outbound pre-sales communications with customers and partners in an effort to reduce the sales cycle and drive revenue for Halodata Build and maintain accurate data in our CRM system Requirements Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficient computer skills Able to manage time, leads, and produce results Team player Independent result-driven Individual Prior experience in IT/Security – advantage Processing of Quotations, Orders, customer requests Technical understanding an advantage Singaporean or resident preferred
