About this role

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of robotic instruments and subassemblies across the Pacific Rim Territory. This includes performing root cause analysis on failures and providing technical training to coworkers and customers. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Life Sciences or Biomedical) and experience with automated laboratory scientific equipment are required. Candidates must be fluent in English and willing to travel overnight to customer sites.
