[1, 2] Hygiene & Sanitation: Maintain strict cleanliness of the workspace, sterilize equipment, change linens between clients, and sanitize spa facilities. [1, 2] Administrative Tasks: Manage daily appointment schedules, update client records, track inventory, and report guest complaints or injuries to management. [1, 2, 3, 4] Key Requirements & Skills Licensing & Certification: A recognized diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Cosmetology, or Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, CIDESCO, or WSQ certifications frequently required in Singapore). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] Physical Stamina: The ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and perform repetitive motions involving varying levels of physical exertion.
