Job Summary Deliver personalised English lessons and interventions to students, monitor progress, and collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistent educational standards and student success. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality English lessons in one-to-one or small-group settings to support student learning Plan lessons tailored to each student’s strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals to maximise engagement and outcomes Implement personalised intervention strategies based on students’ diagnostic profiles to address academic challenges Monitor and assess student academic progress regularly and provide timely updates to the company Maintain accurate and detailed lesson records and student progress reports for ongoing evaluation Collaborate effectively with the academic team to uphold consistent educational standards and share best practices Required competencies and certifications Experience teaching Primary and/or Secondary English in MOE or International School settings Ability to explain English concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles Strong command of written and spoken English to communicate effectively with students and parents Strong communication and relationship-building skills to foster positive interactions with students and parents Commitment to a consistent teaching schedule for at least 12 months Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree holder (preferred) Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferred) Passionate about helping students improve and achieve their academic goals
