Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary You will perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspecting, picking, packing, loading, unloading, and inventory counting to support efficient cargo handling and customer requirements. Responsibilities Receive incoming cargo and perform tally checks and inspections to ensure accuracy and quality before storage Place incoming cargo into designated warehouse locations to maintain organized inventory Pick and pack cargo accurately according to customer requirements to fulfill orders Assist with loading and unloading cargo to support smooth warehouse operations Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock records Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient work environment Provide support and assistance for any ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors to meet operational needs Preferred competencies and qualifications Secondary education or higher 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse, 3PL, or freight forwarding sectors Knowledge of inventory control, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications Ability to perform physically demanding tasks Willingness to work overtime when required Other Information Benefits Transportation provided between Jurong East MRT, Bedok MRT, and Tampines MRT stations Shared taxi transport available after 8:00 pm Opportunities for career advancement in the logistics industry Supportive and positive working environment Welcoming experienced workers from production lines or logistics warehouses
