We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to drive marketing initiatives, business development, and office event management. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property projects and services. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client relationships. Plan and manage office events, client engagement activities, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and BD initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals to support business growth. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking clients. Prior experience in marketing, business development, or event management is an advantage. Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
