Job Summary As an AI Sales Consultant, you will help individuals and organizations identify suitable learning pathways by responding to enquiries, recommending programs, and managing sales pipelines using AI and CRM tools. Responsibilities Respond promptly to enquiries generated through company marketing channels to engage potential learners Assess learners’ career goals to recommend appropriate training programs that meet their needs Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual learners and corporate clients to support ongoing learning journeys Manage and update your sales pipeline effectively using the company’s CRM system to track progress and follow-ups Follow up on enquiries using structured sales processes to convert leads into enrolled learners Collaborate with Marketing and Training teams to enhance the learner experience and improve sales strategies Utilize AI tools and automation to increase productivity and improve customer engagement throughout the sales cycle Achieve individual and team sales targets by applying consultative sales techniques and leveraging company resources Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in education, retail, customer service, recruitment, hospitality, or consultative sales is advantageous Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and motivated to meet sales goals Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective customer interactions Ability to learn and apply new technologies, including AI tools, to support sales activities Organized in managing multiple customer enquiries and prioritizing tasks efficiently Proactive ownership of work with a continuous improvement mindset Compensation Package Guaranteed Monthly Base: SGD1,800–2,200 Progressive High Performance Commission Monthly Performance Bonus Company-generated Leads AI-assisted Sales Platform Training & Career Development
