Waiter / Waitress

Reporting to Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and supporting smooth daily restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately Serve food and beverages according to company service standards Assist guests with menu enquiries and provide recommendations when required Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set up Clear tables and reset them promptly for the next guests Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth food service Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally or escalate when necessary Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant Assist in replenishing service items, condiments, and beverages Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and service standards Perform opening and closing duties as assigned Perform any other duties assigned by Management
