Electrical QS & Contract Manager

Roles & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Manage the full quantity surveying process from tender to final account. Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions. Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate the best commercial terms. Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts. Monitor project costs, variations, claims, and payments. Prepare monthly project cost reports and cash flow forecasts. Handle contractual correspondence, claims, extension of time , and dispute resolution. Work closely with project managers, engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Ensure contractual compliance and minimize commercial risks. Lead and mentor the QS team where required. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the construction industry. Experience in M&E/Electrical projects will be an advantage. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control. Familiar with Singapore construction practices and standard forms of contract (e.g. SIA, PSSCOC, NEC, FIDIC). Good negotiation and analytical skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS-related software.
