Logistics Executive

Join a team that makes a difference when families need support the most. At Harmony Funeral Care, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on individual to support our funeral operations team. This role combines logistics, venue setup, and operational support to ensure every farewell is carried out with professionalism, dignity, and care. Responsibilities Set up and prepare wake venues and funeral spaces Transfer deceased persons between hospitals, homes, funeral parlours, and crematoria Decorate and arrange wake spaces according to service requirements Deliver ceremonial supplies, equipment, and materials to funeral venues Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of company equipment and vehicles Support the operations team during funeral services and related events Requirements Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (mandatory) Comfortable driving vans and handling logistics duties Physically fit and able to carry equipment when required Responsible, punctual and can work independently No experience required; training will be provided Prior experience in logistics, events, facilities, or funeral operations will be an advantage Salary & Benefits $2,000 – $3,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Training and career development opportunities Meaningful work that positively impacts families and the community Note that this is a 6 day work week role, with one off day and one standby work day.
