Job Summary As an Education Consultant, you will promote and sell postgraduate, diploma, and short courses, engage prospective students through multiple channels, provide detailed consultations, and drive enrollments to support the college’s growth. Responsibilities Promote and sell postgraduate, diploma, and short courses to prospective students to achieve enrollment targets Respond promptly to student inquiries via phone, email, social media, and walk-ins to provide accurate information Deliver detailed course consultations explaining program features, fees, and entry requirements to support informed decisions Follow up on leads systematically to convert prospects into successful enrollments Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to support events, campaigns, and roadshows that enhance student engagement Maintain accurate student records and deliver excellent after-sales service to ensure student satisfaction and retention Meet monthly sales targets and contribute actively to the company’s growth objectives Preferred competencies and qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably within education, training, or related industries Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with prospective students Results-driven and customer-focused mindset with high motivation to achieve sales goals Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms to manage leads and outreach effectively Flexibility to work on weekends with a weekday off schedule Other Information Benefits Competitive base salary with a high commission scheme Performance bonuses and incentives Career development and promotion opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Training provided
