Your new company You will be joining a well‑established global investment organisation that is expanding its presence across APAC. As part of its regional growth, the company is seeking an experienced business development leader to drive new institutional relationships and support its asset management ambitions. Your new role As the APAC Business Development Director , you will play a pivotal role in building the firm’s institutional footprint across Singapore and the wider region. You will identify and initiate relationships with large investors, develop a strong pipeline of new opportunities and act as a trusted partner by articulating the firm’s investment and business proposition. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing market entry strategies, delivering sustained business activity, presenting solutions to senior decision‑makers and identifying opportunities to introduce a broad suite of products and services. You will stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments and client needs, ensuring that all engagement aligns with compliance standards and best practices. This high‑visibility position offers the chance to shape regional distribution from the ground up while collaborating closely with senior leadership across APAC and the wider global platform. It is an ideal role for a proactive, commercially driven individual with a strong institutional network and a passion for building new business.
