HR Operations Manager (Payroll) | Up to 180k P.A

Your new company Our client is a well-established, globally operating commodity firm with a growing presence across multiple regions. Your new role As a HR Operations Manager (Payroll), you will take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across various regions (Taiwan included) as an individual contributor. This role is critical in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across multiple jurisdictions. In addition to payroll, you will support HR operational activities, including employee life cycle processes, HR systems. Maintenance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working autonomously while collaborating regionally. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in multi-country payroll management, ideally across APAC and/or international markets Strong knowledge of payroll processes, compliance, and statutory requirements Experience working with payroll vendors and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar) Exposure to HR operations and employee life cycle management High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality Ability to work independently as a sole contributor with strong ownership Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities What you need to do now If you or someone you may know may be interested in this opportunity, please do contact me on the details below for more information or send me your CV to apply now via email at amanda.chee@hays.com.sg.
