Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to all online enquiries. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Expand and develop the company's customer database. Prepare quotations and invoices accurately and efficiently. Follow up on sales enquiries and convert leads into customers. Work closely with the operations team to ensure excellent customer service. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience. Positive attitude with a strong passion Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
