Senior Business Analyst - Wealth Management/Trading

Responsibilities Demonstrate strong knowledge of Digital Banking platforms, including Mobile App, Internet banking, Client Onboarding and client self-service functions Apply in-depth knowledge of various financial instruments (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Structured products) and their trading lifecycle (pre-trade, execution, post-trade) Demonstrate strong understanding of Order & Execution Management Systems, Market data providers, and Portfolio Analytics in a Wealth Management Domain Manage and drive the full product lifecycle, ensuring Customer needs are met. Analyze customer journeys across various platforms, engage closely with Regional Emerging Markets Business stakeholders to understand current state processes, identify pain points and uncover improvement opportunities thereby implementing solutions to business problems Define customer centric requirements that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user experience Lead and facilitate brainstorming sessions with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Business Managers, Relationship Managers, Legal & Compliance Officers, Operations teams) to elicit, analyse, and document detailed business requirements. Leverage customer feedback, analytics, and market insights to recommend feature enhancements and new product capabilities Conduct detailed analysis to explore alternative solutions based on business goals & benefits and guide business accordingly Translate complex business problems into clear, concise functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
