About the Role Reporting to the Head, People & Culture, you will play a key leadership role in driving the organisation's people strategy across the full spectrum of Human Resources. You will partner closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that support organisational growth, employee engagement and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational execution in a mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities HR Strategy & Organisational Development Support the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with organisational goals. Partner with senior leaders to implement mid- to long-term workforce and people initiatives. Review, develop and implement HR policies, frameworks and best practices. Monitor organisational HR metrics and key performance indicators to support informed decision-making. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Ensure recruitment practices comply with Singapore employment legislation and fair employment guidelines. Drive succession planning and workforce planning initiatives. Review and maintain job descriptions across the organisation. Analyse recruitment and exit interview data to improve talent attraction and retention. Compensation & Benefits Lead annual salary review and bonus exercises. Benchmark remuneration against sector guidelines and market practices. Develop and enhance employee rewards and recognition programmes that support attraction, engagement and retention. Learning & Organisation Capability Develop learning and development strategies to build organisational capability. Drive competency frameworks, career development and succession planning initiatives. Partner with leaders to identify development needs and implement measurable learning plans. Oversee leadership development, management development and high-potential talent programmes. Performance Management Manage the organisation's performance management framework. Facilitate performance reviews, calibration exercises and performance improvement processes. Support leaders in building a culture of continuous feedback and high performance. Employee Relations & Engagement Lead employee relations matters including disciplinary and grievance management. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment legislation and HR governance requirements. Partner with stakeholders to foster a positive, inclusive and engaging workplace culture. Support organisation-wide engagement initiatives including town halls, staff retreats and employee events. HR Operations & Leadership Continuously review and improve HR processes, systems and service delivery. Lead, coach and develop the HR team to achieve organisational and departmental goals. Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives within HR. QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field Minimium 5 years of relevant experience.Experience as HR generalist will be advantageous Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience Other Requirements Competent in Microsoft suite of applications Strong planning, organizational andproblem-solving skills Highly motivated with initiative Ability to work independently and in teams Positive attitude with a “can-do” mentality Digitally fluent, possess openness and skillsetto independently and proactively explore how digital tools may augment work andincrease productivity
