Office: Near Telok Ayer / Chinatown MRT Office hours - 5 days work week Must be able to accept working in a lively and alcoholic environment Job Summary Lead marketing initiatives to drive traffic and brand growth through events, digital media, partnerships, and brand communications for Hutaoli Music Restaurant in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Plan and execute marketing events, live music promotions, and themed nights to increase customer traffic and encourage repeat visits Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery and execution Manage event budgets, timelines, and conduct post-event performance analysis to optimize future initiatives Operate daily social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) to maintain active brand presence Create engaging content including photography, short videos, copywriting, and stories that embody Huotaoli’s lifestyle brand identity Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and grow the online community to enhance brand visibility Track digital metrics and adjust content strategy based on performance data to maximize engagement Develop and negotiate joint promotions with mall management and landlords to secure prime visibility and drive foot traffic Collaborate on cross-promotional campaigns with neighboring tenants and lifestyle brands to expand reach Maintain strong relationships with property marketing teams to secure feature placements and event spaces Support the creation of marketing collateral such …
